Senior Vice President should have at least 10 years of experience in banking/ BFSI, Assistant Vice President 7 years, Manager 5 years and Deputy Manager 3 years of work experience.

The positions of Senior Vice President and Assistant Vice President will be filled on a contractual basis, offering candidates a competitive cost to company (CTC). The CTC for the Senior Vice President role is set at Rs 45 lakh per annum, while for the Assistant Vice President position, it is Rs 40 lakh per annum. Additionally, there is a provision for salary increments. In contrast, the roles of Manager and Deputy Manager will be appointed on a regular basis. The Manager will receive compensation according to the MMGS-III grade pay, whereas the Deputy Manager will be compensated according to the MMGS-II grade pay.
